In a significant move for the Scottish tech sector, Zappaty, a Glasgow-based secure file sharing and collaboration platform for SMEs, has announced the appointment of Stuart Montgomerie as its new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and advisor.

Montgomerie, a former Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) executive, brings a wealth of finance industry expertise to the growing tech firm.

Zappaty, which specialises in providing secure file sharing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, has brought Montgomerie on board at what appears to be a crucial juncture in the company’s growth trajectory.
