THE IN Group, a collection of specialist talent brands, hosted the InX Leadership Summit to discuss navigating the present while planning the future, hosted on Wednesday 22nd November at The Royal Institution.
The event offered the opportunity for industry leaders to gather exclusive insights on how to move with the trends, sustain success and effectively lead while dealing with the increasing reliance on change.
The event saw Damian Hughes, an international speaker, bestselling author, Professor of Organisational Psychology and Change, and co-host of The High Performance Podcast, offer his own opinions on leading during uncertain times. He was joined by a community of C-suite and senior leadership.
Part of the IN Group, InX are a team of executive search and interim management consultants who look far and wide for talented leaders to transform organisations from top to bottom and accelerate success, challenging traditional approaches and assumptions to bring creative talent solutions.
Paul Collier, Managing Director for InX, commented: “Hosting the InX event is an opportunity to provide an outlet for industry leaders to come together to learn, collaborate and connect. As times change rapidly, supporting one another with ideas and advice is absolutely vital and we are proud to have hosted such an insightful and impactful event, full of likeminded individuals.”
“Leading teams during tough times is not an easy task and as we grow, we hope to offer increased services to provide organisations with the talent they need to grow and succeed. People are at the heart of an organisation and their ability to succeed relies on everyone, from top level management to fresh faced recruits. We look forward to supporting businesses on the journey to building successful, knowledgeable and effective workforces.”
The event highlights The IN Group’s commitment to providing solutions and opportunities to support businesses as they navigate through challenging times and it follows their recent acquisition of BioTalent, a global leader in life sciences recruitment, bolstering the group’s existing portfolio of talent solutions.
