FintechOS has raised $28 million in combined equity and debt financing to expand its US business and strengthen the delivery of its AI-powered platform for banks and insurers. Existing investors Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners and Molten Ventures participated, alongside a senior debt facility from Santander CIB.

Announcing the funding on 21 September, the company said the capital would support its US expansion, deepen its European client portfolio and build its implementation teams. Its platform brings together financial-product design, pricing, launch and servicing within a single system.

FintechOS said it had reached profitability in the first half of 2026, while recurring revenue grew 40 per cent year on year. It reported 130 per cent growth in its US market and is targeting more than 200 per cent year-on-year growth there over the next 12 months.

Teo Blidarus, founder and chief executive, said: “Growth and profitability go hand in hand, not at the expense of one another. Santander CIB’s support, alongside other investors that trust us, is a strong vote of confidence in the path we’re on, and it gives us the capital to go after the extraordinary potential we see ahead, particularly in the US, without compromising the discipline that got us to profitability in the first place.”

The company is also introducing client-facing teams pairing technical consultants with engineers to work directly alongside customers’ product teams. It says this approach is intended to shorten implementation times and lower the cost of using its platform, rather than relying on a more distant implementation model.

FintechOS says non-technical users can configure financial products and offers through Dex, its AI copilot. The delivery changes are designed to help customers put those capabilities into use more quickly.

Alongside its US plans, FintechOS is adding customers in the UK and continuing European relationships with organisations including Admiral, Howden, Bankinter and BRD Groupe Société Générale. The company also plans new US board appointments, including a chairman, to support its next stage of expansion.
