D2ZERO builds leadership capability

D2Zero, the decarbonisation and clean energy solutions Group, announces senior leadership and Board appointments as it expands its team to meet the challenge of driving decarbonisation and accelerating the transition to clean and sustainable energy solutions.

Jeff Corray has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Group. Jeff is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has held a variety of roles from advisory, industry and private equity over his career. These included the role of CEO at ITS Energy Services, an international energy equipment services company and before that a partner at KPMG.

Angus McIntosh joins as Chief Commercial Officer bringing a wealth of industry experience, having worked for 17 years at SGN – most recently as Director of Energy Futures – as well as being a senior adviser on hydrogen at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, and on the Net Zero Advisory Board at Scottish Water.

In addition to these executive appointments, D2Zero is pleased to announce that Henry Cubbon and Dr Valentina Kretzchmar have agreed to join the Board as Non-Executive Directors. In his executive career, Henry was most recently President of LPG – part of the FTSE 100 Group DCC plc, while Valentina worked as Energy Transition Director for the FTSE 250 Group Capricorn Energy plc.

Chaired by Colin Welsh, the Board will provide strategic counsel, robust corporate governance and strong support to D2Zero.
